What's the tightest tolerance on this part and will it be difficult to hold?

Tightest: ±0.02mm on the 45mm bore (front view, datum A–B). This is a Grade IT6 tolerance — achievable on your Mazak Integrex but requires a finish boring pass, not standard milling. Your March 2024 job JB-1847 had identical bore tolerance in EN19 — process notes flag chatter on second roughing pass; reduced feed 15% and held spec.
